Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in complex, regulated or government services.
• Experience gathering requirements, process mapping and service design.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Map business requirements to clear processes and practical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, workforce, technology and clinical services.
• Identify requirements, improve processes and support implementation of initiatives.
• Maintain requirements docs, risk/issue registers, and governance activities.
• Translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria for UAT.
• Develop business documentation including procedures, process maps and user guides.
