• Experience leading sales teams or territories within healthcare technology or complex solution-selling environments.

• Established local networks and ability to build trusted relationships quickly.

Responsabilités

• Deliver territory revenue, margin, growth, new business acquisition and recurring revenue targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Development Managers.
• Translate national sales strategy into local execution plans and market priorities.
• Lead strategic customer opportunities and major commercial pursuits.
• Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, operational and technology stakeholders.
• Drive new business acquisition, customer expansion and long-term partnership growth.
• Lead commercial negotiations, presentations and complex solution-based sales engagements.
• Maintain forecasting discipline, pipeline governance and CRM excellence.
• Identify market opportunities and initiatives that support sustainable territory growth.
• Partner across Product, Customer Experience, Clinical, Projects and Service teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
