Job summary

Rauland Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Systems Engineer to configure, test and support Rauland solutions across ANZ, translating requirements into technically sound configurations and ensuring reliable delivery that supports clinical and operational outcomes.

You will work with Projects, Service, ICT Delivery, Product and customers to implement solutions, document changes and maintain supportable systems throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, implementing or supporting technology platforms, systems or networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Knowledge of IP networking, telecommunications, VoIP or digital communication technologies.
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server or related infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to interpret customer and operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation and quality.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
