Job summary

Rauland Australia Pty is seeking a Systems Engineer to configure, test and support Rauland solutions across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll translate requirements into technically sound configurations and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that support clinical and operational outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with Projects, Service, ICT Delivery, Product and customers, apply strong problem-solving skills, document meticulously and improve delivery practices across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, implementing or supporting technology platforms, systems or networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Knowledge of IP networking, telecommunications, VoIP or digital communication technologies.
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server or related infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to interpret customer and operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation and quality.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

We're looking for a technically capable Systems Engineer to play a critical role in configuring, testing and supporting the delivery of Rauland solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with Projects, Service, ICT Delivery, Product and customers, you'll translate requirements into technically sound configurations and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that support clinical and operational outcomes. You'll combine technical expertise, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and remain supportable throughout their lifecycle.
