Job summary

ResMed is recruiting for a retail sales role in Brisbane focused on customer service and therapy support. You will engage with customers in-store and over the phone, assist with mask fitting, and ensure equipment is maintained to high standards.

Training is provided, and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude is valued as you help customers achieve positive health outcomes through our sleep apnea and chronic disease solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role.
• Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong customer service mindset focused on achieving best outcomes.
• Clear communication and active listening skills.
• Willlingness to be trained in mask fitting and therapy support.

Responsibilities

• Take customer enquiries in store and over the phone.
• Investigate and help customers solve therapy issues.
• Provide setup, ongoing support and equipment to maintain therapy standards.
• Fit the customer for a mask and recommend appropriate mask based on training.
• Provide guidance on safe and effective use of medical equipment.
• Sell new services or trials over the phone with follow-up.
• Keep retail premises and displays in good condition.
• Handle payments, balance float and banking.
• Manage stock levels and re-order stock as required.
