Alor Group is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support a high-volume healthcare recruitment desk on the Gold Coast. This permanent full-time role offers hands-on training from experienced recruiters and a strong focus on phone-based candidate engagement.

You will source, screen, and present nursing opportunities, create job ads, manage interviews, and maintain CRM records while working toward clear KPIs in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in records.

Responsabilités

• Source and engage nursing professionals via SEEK, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Screen candidates for clinical experience, qualifications and availability.
• Present opportunities clearly and prepare screening notes for consultants.
• Create job advertisements and support targeted social media campaigns.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and develop candidate pipelines.
• Work toward KPIs and adapt to changing priorities.
