Job summary

Adventist HealthCare Limited in Sydney is seeking a data-driven analyst to support the Procurement & Supply Chain function with dashboards, reports and KPI scorecards.

You will transform procurement, inventory and supplier data into insights to inform sourcing, supplier performance and cost savings, while strengthening reporting across the function.

Collaborate with Heads of Category and Category Managers to deliver timely, accurate information that supports governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in business, data or reporting analyst roles.
• Strong data visualization and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, SQL and/or Excel.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPI scorecards and business reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards, reports and KPI scorecards.
• Transform procurement, inventory and supplier data into meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Work with Heads of Category and Category Managers to support sourcing initiatives and supplier performance management.
• Strengthen reporting capability across the function with accurate, timely information.
