Job summary

South Pacific Health is seeking a Referral and Advocacy Manager to build the clinical outreach and referral base across Australia from scratch. You will own relationships with psychiatrists, GPs, psychologists and allied health professionals to drive clinically appropriate referrals across care settings.

The role emphasizes in-person meetings, ongoing engagement, disciplined CRM logging, and collaboration with marketing and intake to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in field outreach or relationship management in health sectors.
• Proven track record building referrer or client bases from zero.
• Credible with clinicians; honest about fit.
• Disciplined in documentation and CRM logging (HubSpot).
• Willing to travel across home market and interstate.
• AU funding knowledge (PHI, DVA, self-pay) and advertising awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and prioritise referrers, city-first then national.
• Maintain a named account list in HubSpot.
• Meet monthly engagement targets via in-person, interstate travel, and virtual touchpoints.
• Log every meaningful activity and touchpoint in HubSpot within the same week.
• Keep accounts and pipeline current to automate weekly reports.
• Host referrer events and CE education alongside leaders.
• Move referrers to first referral with clinical fit and handover to intake.
• Provide weekly activity and pipeline updates to inform marketing and clinical teams.
