Job summary

Rauland Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Systems Engineer to configure, test and support Rauland solutions across Australia and New Zealand. You will translate client requirements into reliable configurations and ensure solutions are delivered to meet clinical and operational outcomes.

The role emphasises collaboration with Projects, Service, ICT Delivery and customers, with strong focus on documentation, governance and continuous improvement of technical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, implementing or supporting technology platforms, systems or networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Knowledge of IP networking, telecommunications, VoIP or digital communication technologies.
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server or related infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to interpret customer and operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation and quality.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
