DeVision Recruitment Pty invites experienced software engineers to join a global healthcare data technology business operating from a Melbourne CBD office. This permanent, full-time role allows two work-from-home days per month, with Sydney or Melbourne availability.

You will develop documentation, integrate interfaces, and support data-driven healthcare systems across multiple environments, using Python, Git, CI/CD, and AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• Must have worked as a Software Engineer at some point.
• Familiarity with Python or shell scripting for automation and data tasks.
• Familiarity with Git, automated testing, CI/CD and containerised deployment.
• Experience with data analysis and database methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to design and write technical documents.
• Internet/Intranet concepts and Microsoft IIS knowledge.
• Ability to use Company-approved AI tools for documentation, development, troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience delivering applications to the healthcare sector (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Development of documentation related to implementation requirements; interfaces documented functionally and technically.
• Implementation of interfaces including unit and system testing.
• Documentation of the as-built interface, including dependencies.
• Support of interfaces over time and changes required.
• Install and configure the solution in multiple environments and servers.
• Apply application patches and ad-hoc releases.
• Liaise with client or business analyst regarding enhancement requests.
• Advise and assist the Project Managers during implementation.
• Manage acceptance issues before and after go-live.
• Provide training materials and technical documentation.
