Job summary

Unknown is a global leader delivering mission-critical healthcare data solutions. This permanent, full-time role is based in the CBD, Sydney, with the option to work from home up to two days per month.

The role focuses on delivering the technical aspects of patient-centric healthcare solution implementation, including browser-based systems, IRIS for Health, and cross-platform environments (Unix, Linux, Windows).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON and XML.
• Familiarity with Python or shell scripting for automation and data tasks.
• Familiarity with Git, automated testing, CI/CD and containerised deployment (desirable)
• Experience with data analysis and database methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Be able to design and write technical documents.
• Well versed in Internet / Intranet concepts and Microsoft IIS.
• Ability to use Company-approved AI tools for documentation, development, troubleshooting and data analysis, and to validate outputs.
• Experience of delivering applications to the healthcare sector (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Develop documentation related to implementation requirements and interface documentation.
• Implement the interface including unit and system testing.
• Document the "as built" interface including technical setup and dependencies.
• Support the interface including changes required to interface requirements over time.
• Install and configure the company’s solution in multiple environments and servers.
• Perform application installations with the latest version.
• Apply application patches and ad-hoc releases.
• Liaise with client or business analyst regarding enhancement requests.
• Advise and assist the Project Managers during implementation.
• Manage the resolution of acceptance issues before/after go-live.
• Provide support on the application data dictionary.
• Provide advice and best practices to clients on networks, configurations, architectures.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Monitor and respond to Technical Team calls on the support ticketing system.
• Produce training materials for technical courses and reference manuals.
• Provide on-site training and implementations if required.
