Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Ormeau to handle calls, emails, and faxes, process orders, and support delivery and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and faxes; respond to enquiries about products, stock, prices, and delivery options.
• Promote and assist with sales of new or complementary products and services where appropriate.
• Coordinate with doctors, hospitals and payers to ensure approvals and delivery for homecare and sleep services when needed.
• Maintain accurate data entry in the ALH data management system and schedule deliveries or service visits.
• Troubleshoot basic issues by phone to resolve customer problems before escalating.
• Escalate unresolved complaints to the Manager with all relevant information.
