Latrobe Regional Health invites applications for a Change & Communications Officer within the Gippsland Health Alliance. The role is full time (1.0 EFT) on a 12-month fixed term basis and focuses on stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and adoption across digital and organisational transformation projects at LRH.

Ideal candidates will have qualifications in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Change Management, and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in organisational communications, stakeholder engagement, or change management within a complex environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for a broad range of audiences.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Skilled at building effective relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver clear, engaging communications that support change initiatives across the project lifecycle.
• Translate complex project information into accessible materials, presentations, updates, and stakeholder resources.
• Support stakeholder engagement by coordinating information sessions, gathering feedback, and aiding adoption strategies.
• Assist with change management activities including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and communication planning.
• Monitor feedback and communication effectiveness, escalating issues and providing insights for decisions.
• Maintain schedules, records, documents, and reporting while supporting broader project administration.
