HammondCare is seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst (Automation) to identify and shape automation opportunities that improve productivity, care outcomes, and efficiency across care, clinical, and corporate functions. You will translate business needs into actionable automation initiatives and work closely with technical teams to deliver value.
The role requires a min of 5 years in a similar function, proficiency with Power Platform and AI-enabled workflows, and strong stakeholder management
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a similar senior BA/automation role.
- Certification in BA (CBAP/CCBA or Agile BA).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual work.
- Map current and future processes and document requirements.
- Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders and translate into automation backlog.
- Support delivery, testing, and change management for automation initiatives.
