Job summary
HammondCare is seeking a hybrid Power Platform Specialist/AI Engineer based in St Leonards to design, develop and support automation and AI-enabled solutions that streamline business processes and boost workforce capacity. You will report to the Automation Lead and work on enterprise-grade platforms including Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse and Azure.

Qualifications
- Agentic driven development experience in AI-first context.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform including governance and enterprise delivery.
- Proven experience integrating systems via APIs, Graph, connectors and modern patterns.
- Strong track record implementing AI-enabled solutions (Copilots, AI Agents, document processing, automation).
- Understanding of business process optimisation, workflow design and automation architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement and support automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Lead enterprise automation delivery using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse and Azure services.
- Integrate systems, data and processes to deliver scalable automation outcomes.
- Drive AI strategy alignment and enable innovation across HammondCare.
