Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated administrator to coordinate interpreter services across the hospital. You will liaise with interpreters and hospital staff, record service data and support invoicing and reporting processes.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and administrative skills, experience in healthcare or interpreting services, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while managing competing demands.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated administrative experience.
• Sound problem-solving ability and ability to manage competing demands.
• Experience in healthcare and/or interpreting services is highly regarded.
• A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interpreting requests across the hospital efficiently.
• Liaise with interpreters, interpreting agencies and hospital staff.
• Record data on service provision and prepare invoices and reports.
• Provide ongoing support for the interpreter booking system.
• Investigate and follow up internal feedback relating to Interpreter Services.
