Job summary

Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network is seeking an Administration Officer to provide essential support to the Communications and Engagement Directorate. The role is based at multiple sites, with duties spanning diary support, correspondence and customer service for patients and families.

Applicants should have healthcare administration experience, strong time management and the ability to write communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration is preferred
• Ability to write communications and provide day-to-day administrative duties
• Exceptional customer service and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to managers and staff within the Communications and Engagement Directorate
• Frequently service as the first point of contact for the directorate
• Liaise with SCHN staff, patients and families and members of the community
