Job summary

The University of Sydney on Gadigal Country is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor Enablement to coordinate and enable structured delivery of HSW initiatives across the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team. This role focuses on ensuring activities are visible, well-planned and aligned to priorities, translating system changes into practical communications and engagement approaches.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in communications, business, project management, health and safety or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with planning and prioritization.
• Experience developing and delivering communication materials across formats (emails, intranet, presentations, campaigns).
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and trainings.
• Ability translating complex information into clear, audience-appropriate communications.
• Experience maintaining structured documentation and records for delivery and reporting.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders to support implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities
