Job summary
University of New South Wales – Sydney NSW is seeking a Health & Safety Project Coordinator to support delivery of strategic projects across Health & Safety, working under the Health & Safety Manager. You will coordinate plans, track deliverables and engage stakeholders while improving processes in a dynamic university setting.
The role requires strong organisation, data and reporting skills, stakeholder relationship building, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting Health & Safety activities, risk assessments, audits and assurance programs.
- Proven project coordination experience in a complex organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data/reporting/dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of Health & Safety projects across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate project plans, schedules and reporting to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor progress, track deliverables and produce updates and dashboards.
- Coordinate stakeholders through meetings, agendas and minutes.
- Collate data to support insights and decision-making.
- Provide administrative, procurement and logistical support to Health & Safety.
