We are seeking an experienced and strategic Health & Safety Manager, Projects to lead the Health & Safety Program of Work and drive the successful delivery of key projects and initiatives across the University.
Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety Performance & Improvement, and managing one direct report, you will lead a portfolio of projects that drive improvements in safety performance, systems, risk management, wellbeing and operational practices across the University. Working closely with stakeholders across H&S Operations, Estates & Contractors, and Health & Wellbeing, you will provide strategic leadership of project governance, planning and delivery, ensuring initiatives are aligned with organisational priorities, continuous improvement objectives and sustainable outcomes.
