Job summary

UNSW – Kensington NSW is seeking a Health & Safety Project Coordinator to drive delivery of strategic H&S projects across systems, data, risk, and assurance.

You will coordinate project plans, track deliverables, engage stakeholders and support continuous improvement in a complex university environment. A Certificate IV in WHS or higher is required, with strong communication and data/reporting skills. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or higher).
• Experience supporting health & safety activities including risk assessments, audits and assurance programs.
• Strong project coordination experience within a complex organisation.
• Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Health & Safety projects across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, reporting and admin activities.
• Monitor progress, track deliverables and prepare updates/dashboards.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and workshops (agendas/minutes).
• Collate/analyze data to support reporting, insights and decision-making.
• Provide admin, procurement and logistic support across Health & Safety function.
• Support governance, risk, issue management and continuous improvement.
