Job summary

Elecnor Australia is seeking a Health and Safety Administrator to support the HS Manager in day-to-day activities and maintain HS systems. You will handle data entry, prepare performance reports, and coordinate HS training for the Adelaide office and Energy BU projects.

The role emphasizes coordinating meetings, communications, and maintaining HS content on SharePoint/G Drive, with a focus on compliance with statutory requirements and client specs.

Qualifications

• White Card is required or can be obtained after employment.
• Cert IV in WHS is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a health and safety role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Health and Safety Manager in day-to-day activities.
• Assist with maintaining the HS systems including data entry as required.
• Administer accounts and services for the Energy BU HS team.
• Coordinate meetings and team wide communications.
• Collate and develop periodic HS Performance Reports and presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of statistical and administrative information.
• Coordinate HS training courses/workshops/meetings for the Adelaide office and Energy BU Projects.
• Maintain HS SharePoint / G Drive content.
