Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor at Cowal Operations to partner with leaders and frontline teams across open pit, underground and processing operations. You will influence safe behaviours, drive continuous improvement and support a strong safety culture on site.

Based at Cowal, you will lead investigations, audits and risk assessments, deliver safety initiatives and coaching, and work with operations to proactively manage health and safety risks while enabling sustainable

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Work Health and Safety required.
• Minimum 3 years Health and Safety experience in mining.
• Experience supporting open pit, underground or processing environments.
• Strong risk management, auditing and incident investigation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Influence a proactive safety culture through visible leadership across the Cowal site.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify, manage and reduce health and safety risks.
• Lead incident investigations, audits and risk assessments to drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver safety initiatives, training and coaching to build capability and safe operations.
