Job summary

Gold Coast Hospital & Health Service is seeking a Project Officer to join Gold Coast Health and support delivery across the Digital Health and Innovation Division. The role focuses on providing quality advice to senior leadership, delivering project management and change management services, and developing documentation within established delivery frameworks.

An opportunity has become available for a Project Officerto join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

• Provide quality advice to the Senior Director, Portfolio and Project Delivery, Senior Management and other stakeholders on project delivery
• Deliver change management, project management and project support services
• Work within established program/project delivery frameworks to assist in the development of project documentation
• Consult with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in program/project delivery
• Support project planning and undertake project delivery of low-risk initiatives to achieve sustainable outcomes

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• Qualifications or formal training in project and/or change management would be well regarded
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)
