Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking multiple Project Managers to join its Digital Health and Innovation division on the Gold Coast, delivering change management and digital initiative projects across the hospital network.

You will develop business cases and project plans, lead planning and delivery, and contribute to policies and procedures to ensure efficient processes for patient care. Flexible work options and competitive base salary are offered.

• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

This role provides high-level advice on the organisation’s digital program and project delivery services, liaising and collaborating to implement sustainable improvements.

The Role

An opportunity has become available for several Project Managers to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

• Deliver change management, project management and project delivery services for digital initiatives
• Develop project business cases, project plans, progress reports and closure reports to ensure all stakeholders are fully briefed on project objectives
• Lead project planning and the delivery of digital initiatives to achieve effective, efficient and sustainable outcomes for our patients
• Provide input into the development and maintenance of policies, systems and procedures to ensure effective and efficient processes are in place

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• While not mandatory, qualifications or formal training in project and/or change management would be well regarded.
