Overview

Join to apply for the Health - Physiotherapist role at ACH Group.

ACH Group has an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our Residential Health Services team. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary group of professionals to help residents maximise their independence and live “Good Lives”. The position is based across our residential homes in metropolitan Adelaide with options for 0.8 FTE or two part-time roles at 0.4 FTE each.

What you'll do
  • Providing clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions across a broad range of conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory and rehabilitation needs.
  • Work with the multidisciplinary team to drive our reablement program and promote an active ageing approach.
  • Support the development and promotion of new services.
  • Achieve program relevant KPI's.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Support Workers and Allied Health professionals to support residents to achieve their goals.
  • Support quality and continuous improvement activities to assist in the achievement of strategic business goals.
You'll need
  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
  • A passion for enhancing the health and wellness of residents through holistic assessment and provision of services.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (online booking and clinical document system, ability to use all Microsoft suite).
  • Current driver's licence and access to a registered and insured motor vehicle with minimum third-party property damage insurance.
  • Experience in aged care work and providing supervision desirable.
  • A satisfactory police clearance less than 12 months old before commencement.
