Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments, interventions and clinical recommendations across a range of care settings, with an initial focus on aged care
• Develop personalised treatment plans that support mobility, function, independence and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, care teams and other healthcare professionals
• Apply evidence-based clinical reasoning to improve outcomes and quality of life
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
• Build trusted relationships through person-centred care and collaborative practice

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a professional, person-centred approach and enjoy working autonomously while remaining connected to a broader multidisciplinary team.

You will ideally have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
• Experience in aged care desirable, along with experience in community health, rehabilitation or other relevant clinical settings
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• A genuine desire to improve the lives of the people you support
