ACH Group is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Health Services team in the South/West regions of Adelaide. You will provide clinical assessments and interventions across complex conditions, collaborating with a team of health professionals to maximise function and support older South Australians to live good lives.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience applying holistic assessment to improve health outcomes is valued.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory and rehabilitation.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to drive reablement and active ageing.
• Support development and promotion of new services.
• Achieve program KPI targets.
• Liaise with family, Support Workers and Allied Health staff to help customers achieve goals.
• Support quality and continuous improvement activities.
