HAMBS is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Adelaide team. You will be the link between customers, product owners and delivery teams, supporting the business requirements and solution analysis to enable effective delivery of changes.

You will gather and define business and functional requirements, understand impacts, and support the analysis, proposal and documentation of solutions that improve efficiency, productivity and compliance.

Formación

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
• Understanding of software delivery and agile delivery principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related applications such as Exstream Designer / Design Manager / Command Centre.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate workshops with customers to discuss potential software solutions.
• Gather, define and document business and functional requirements.
• Assist with showcases and demonstrations of solutions.
• Prepare end-user documentation and deliverables.
• Collaborate with customers and test analysts to define acceptance tests.
• Understand the software development lifecycle and end-user outcomes.
• Understand industry processes and legislative requirements affecting software products.
• Contribute to scope and change estimates with senior team members.
• Participate in backlog investigation and prioritisation with product owners.
