Harrison McMillan Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a complex transformation programme in Adelaide. You will lead end-to-end process reviews, map current and future states, and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to define practical improvements.

This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced process mapping and the ability to translate business needs into sustainable change within a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Senior BA with strong process improvement and transformation experience.
• Advanced capability in process mapping and workflow optimisation.
• Experience creating As-Is/To-Be using Visio or BPMN.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in complex environments and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process reviews and identify inefficiencies.
• Develop As-Is and To-Be maps, workflows and documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and future-state designs.
• Perform process analysis, gap assessments and impact assessments.
• Develop actionable recommendations to streamline operations and delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align with objectives.
