Job summary

Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) in St Leonards leads NSW health data initiatives and supports clinical improvements. The Data Manager will register clinical data, develop registries, and ensure quality across networks and hospitals.

They will perform pre-processing, anomaly detection, and assist decision-making with analyses and reports. Occasional travel across NSW to sites is expected, with some overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in health data or related field.
• Proficiency in R or similar statistical software for data cleaning and analysis.
• Experience with data governance, data dictionaries and registries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate clinical data registration and manage data registries.
• Develop user guides and data dictionaries; support governance and compliance.
• Perform data pre-processing, identify anomalies, and respond to queries.
• Conduct advanced analyses and generate reports to support research.
