Job summary

SA Health in Adelaide (Central Adelaide Local Health Network) invites a Data Manager to coordinate collection, validation, entry, submission and reporting of cardiothoracic surgical data to national registries (ANZSCTS, ANZTHOR). You will support governance, quality improvement, benchmarking and research with accurate, timely data in line with legal and organisational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and undertake the collection, validation, entry, submission and reporting of cardiothoracic surgical data for the Royal Adelaide Hospital to national clinical registries (ANZSCTS, ANZTHOR).
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, benchmarking, research and service planning through accurate, timely data.
• Ensure data is complete and compliant with legislative, ethical and organisational requirements.
• Maintain data quality, integrity and privacy across datasets.
