The Ponds High School in Sydney’s north‑west is seeking a Head Teacher Teaching and Learning to lead EAL/D, literacy and numeracy initiatives and oversee whole‑school professional learning. The role will work with senior leaders to strengthen wellbeing, inclusivity and arts and sports programs.

Strong leadership, collaboration and data‑driven decision making are essential, with a requirement for an unconditional teaching approval and relevant NSW qualifications.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to lead EAL/D processes and staff.
• Ability to analyse NAPLAN and school data to monitor growth.
• Ability to develop, implement and evaluate whole-school professional learning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage EAL/D across the school.
• Analyse assessment data to monitor student growth and effectiveness of supports.
• Collaborate with the executive to develop and evaluate whole-school professional learning.
