Qualifications

• Experience as a sommelier or wine service professional.
• Strong knowledge of wine regions and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver wine service at Merivale venues.
• Educate staff and guests on wine selections.
• Collaborate with restaurant teams to elevate guest experiences.
• Maintain cellar and stock in line with Merivale standards.
