Job summary

From Here by Mike in Melbourne is hiring a Team Leader to deliver warm, knowledgeable service in a premium hospitality setting. You will guide guests through the menu, suggest wine pairings, and help create memorable dining experiences that align with our sustainability values.

You will join a supportive leadership team in a fast-paced venue on a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Previous experience in similar role in a quality restaurant, premium hospitality venue or environment.

About the Role

You’ll play an important role in creating unforgettable dining experiences by delivering warm, knowledgeable and intuitive service. This role requires flexibility across a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
