Job summary

National Joblink is seeking a Head Office Compliance Officer for Launceston to ensure audits, data processing accuracy and policy adherence. You will support the IT team to meet ISO27001 requirements while assisting management with monthly reports and reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Auditing and data processing skills required.
• Familiar with compliance policies and ISO27001 principles.
• Ability to generate reports for management.
• Support IT with security/compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of spreadsheets
• Review evidence and information for reimbursements
• Request, review and collate documentary evidence
• Use specific platforms to enter accurate information
• Provide operational staff with information relating to their role
• Provide Managers and Coordinators with reports
• Review, action and monitor departmental requirements
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and security
• Participation in staff meetings
• Compliance with Legislation, Child safety, DEWR Deeds and NJL Policy & Procedures
