Job summary

IAG is seeking a senior facilities leader to shape and deliver a large, multi-site workplace operations function across Australia and New Zealand. You will integrate facilities, hospitality, workplace services, events, catering, sustainability and customer experience into one seamless service.

As a commercially minded leader, you will influence strategy, drive service delivery and create environments where people can do their best work, across Darling Park Sydney or Melbourne sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large multi-site facilities or workplace operations.
• Strong vendor management and outsourced service delivery experience.
• Proven people leadership across direct and indirect teams.
• Strategic mindset focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace operations and facilities services across a large trans Tasman portfolio.
• Oversee outsourced service delivery models with vendors to drive performance and service quality.
• Manage reception, catering, events, mail services and front of house across locations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions to support business priorities.
• Drive sustainability and transformation initiatives to enhance workplace experience.
