Job summary

CMC Markets in Australia and New Zealand seeks a Corporate Services Manager to lead a small team and oversee workplaces across Barangaroo, Chatswood and Auckland. You’ll own facilities, WHS, front of house, travel, vendors, and budgets, balancing day-to-day needs with long-term improvements to deliver a consistent workplace experience.

If you’re highly organized, proactive and enjoy cross-location collaboration, you’ll fit in well.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate services, facilities or office operations.
• Leadership experience across small teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Corporate Services across ANZ offices (Barangaroo, Chatswood, Auckland).
• Lead a small team and ensure safe, welcoming workplaces.
• Manage facilities, WHS, front of house, travel, vendors and budgets.
• Balance day-to-day needs with long-term improvements for a consistent workplace experience across locations.
