Job summary

CMC Markets is seeking a Corporate Services Manager to oversee workplace operations across Australia and New Zealand, including Barangaroo, Chatswood and Auckland offices. You will lead a small team, ensure safe and welcoming workplaces, and drive efficiency across facilities, WHS, travel and vendors.

You will balance daily needs with longer-term improvements, streamline processes, and create consistent employee experiences across ANZ, leveraging strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience across corporate services, workplace, facilities or office operations.
• People leadership experience with developing others.
• Experience managing facilities across multiple locations.
• Budget management across OPEX/CAPEX and travel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exposure to property leases and workplace projects.

Responsibilities

• Own Corporate Services across Barangaroo, Chatswood and Auckland offices.
• Lead a small team and ensure safe, welcoming workplaces.
• Balance day-to-day needs with long-term improvements and process changes.
• Manage facilities, WHS, front of house, travel, vendors and budgets.
• Drive consistent workplace experience across ANZ.
