Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil/Environmental) and RPEQ registration.
• Current Class C driver's license and Construction White Card.
• Proven senior leadership in municipal water and sewerage service delivery.
• Knowledge of QLD water regulatory framework (DWQMP, CSS, incident reporting) and ADWG.
• Strong contract management experience for projects $1M–$5M.
• Excellent communication and report writing for technical and non-technical audiences.
