Job summary

Capstone Recruitment invites a senior leader to own governance, assurance and strategy across a complex national CRE portfolio, leading a team of around 20 professionals delivering excellence in Asset Management, Engineering, Sustainability and Security.

You will drive governance, compliance, procedural improvements and operational efficiency for mission-critical assets, providing trusted expert risk advice and shaping strategic asset management across the estate.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management at senior level.
• Genuine strategic capacity across the full breadth of a technical property leadership function.
• Sound understanding of, and sensitivity to, governance and compliance requirements.
• Strong technical capability across mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services.
• Likely background in corporate real estate (CRE), with a strong understanding of facilities management and strategy for physical assets and building infrastructure.
