Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering in a B2B SaaS or platform business.
• Proven ability to establish and evolve engineering as a coherent function.
• Experience leading through managers and senior leaders.
• Shaping engineering environments toward scalable, platform-based approaches.
• Set and maintain technical direction across evolving priorities.
• Executive leadership contribution beyond engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction and prioritisation aligned to customer and commercial outcomes.
• Establish frameworks and decision-making to enable scalable product evolution.
• Lead with senior leadership to influence enterprise decisions.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Delivery for alignment.
