You will balance hands-on technical influence with leadership, ensuring robust architecture, risk controls and measurable business impact. Excellent communication with execs and risk teams is essential.

• Lead a team of engineers, product managers and delivery leads.
• Spend about a third of your time in the detail: agent design, architecture, integration choices.
• Decide what to build, buy or partner on, with engineers in the room.
• Turn the best team-level AI solutions into something the whole business can safely use.
• Work with risk and security so the business moves fast and stays in control.
• Be judged on real adoption and business impact, not how many tools you launched.
