Job summary

Y-Axis in Sydney is seeking a senior Product leader to own the roadmap for a mature enterprise SaaS platform used by insurers. You will work directly with the CEO to shape strategy, translate it into execution, and drive platform-wide decisions that balance customer needs with long-term goals.

You will align Product, Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams around a shared roadmap, influence executives, and build scalable, reusable platform capabilities rather than one-off solutions.

This is an opportunity to lead Product for a mature enterprise SaaS platform used by some of Australia's leading insurers.

Working directly with the CEO, you'll take ownership of the product roadmap and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the platform. You'll translate strategy into execution, balancing customer needs with long-term product thinking while partnering closely with Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who enjoys building platforms that scale, rather than delivering one-off customer solutions.
