Job summary

NSW Department of Customer Service seeks a technology executive to lead a broad portfolio of platforms spanning cloud, data, APIs, and site reliability. You will shape investments, steer lifecycle decisions, and unify diverse services into a coherent platform-product strategy for critical NSW public services.

You will lead around 90 staff and interact with executives, agencies and industry partners to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable digital services for millions of users.
