Job summary

The Department of Health in Victoria seeks a Manager, Planned Surgery Reform to lead the system-wide implementation of the Blueprint reforms, focusing on timely, equitable, and best practice planned surgery for all Victorians. You will guide a team, align cross-portfolio policy work, and shape strategic reform.

This role requires strong government, health sector or policy experience, exceptional negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

• Guide implementation of planned surgery reforms and monitor progress.
