The Department of Health Victoria invites applications for the Manager, Planned Surgery Reform to lead a team delivering the system-wide implementation of the Planned Surgery Reform Blueprint. You will coordinate cross-portfolio policy advice, engage stakeholders, and draft Cabinet and ministerial materials to support statewide reform initiatives.

With a tertiary qualification in health, public policy or management, you will bring strategic insight, strong political acumen and experience in

• Experience working with government structures, processes and culture.
• Ability to draft Cabinet and Ministerial briefings and reports.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to the Planned Surgery Reform team and guide system-wide implementation of the Blueprint reforms.
• Coordinate advice on cross-portfolio strategic policy issues and statewide reform matters with partners.
• Draft and develop material for Cabinet, Ministerial and Secretary briefings, agendas, minutes and reports.
• Engage a wide range of stakeholders and promote an inclusive, collaborative working environment.
