Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking an experienced Manager Security Assets to lead the management, optimisation and lifecycle of physical security infrastructure across its portfolio. You will oversee access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and related technologies, leveraging data-driven insights to inform investments and renewal programs.

You will partner with Security, IT and Operations to deliver compliant, fit-for-purpose security solutions, while driving continuous improvement and long-term asset

Qualifications

• Experience managing security infrastructure assets.
• Knowledge of physical security systems incl. access control, CCTV and intrusion detection.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks in aviation/critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and optimisation of the national physical security infrastructure portfolio across locations.
• Drive data-driven insights to improve asset performance, maintenance and renewal planning.
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, budgets and governance for security assets.
• Collaborate with Security, Property Development, IT and Operations to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
