Job summary

Qantas Airways is seeking a seasoned Manager Security Assets to lead the national physical security infrastructure portfolio, spanning 7,000+ assets across 100+ locations. You will drive lifecycle management, optimisation and continuous improvement using data-driven insights and technology partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to leverage technology and data analytics to optimise asset performance, maintenance strategies and investment decisions.
• Strong supplier management, governance and reporting to ensure security infrastructure remains compliant and fit for purpose.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, asset renewal and security-related projects in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management, optimisation and continuous improvement of national physical security infrastructure portfolio across 7,000+ assets and 100+ locations.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring and emerging smart security solutions.
