Job summary

Qantas is seeking an experienced Manager Security Assets to lead the management, optimisation and development of the Group's physical security infrastructure. You will oversee access control, CCTV, intrusion systems and renewal programs across a broad asset portfolio, ensuring continuity and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes leveraging technology and data analytics to improve asset performance and inform investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading physical security infrastructure programs.
• Ability to leverage data insights to drive asset performance improvements.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management, optimisation and continuous improvement of the national physical security infrastructure portfolio across 100+ locations.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of security assets including maintenance, renewal and replacement programs.
• Collaborate with Security, Property Development, IT and Operations to ensure assets meet operational and regulatory needs.
